About us

Small team. High standards. Built for the long run on real value.

We make print-on-demand gifts for American families: shirts, mugs, wall art and stickers for every hobby and occasion. Every product starts with a real need, not an ad budget.

We exist to prove that people who care about their craft and keep learning still win, through real value rather than ad spend.

We move in stages. Each one must deliver a real result before the next begins.

A day we imagine

A mother in the US looks for a gift for her fishing-obsessed son. We show up on page one. Not because we paid, but because we understood exactly what she needed.

The gift arrives on time. The boy laughs. Next year, she comes back. On the other side of the planet, our day begins, and every decision carries a name.

And everyone on the team can tell their family: I do honest work, and it pays me well.

This is our dream, written in the present tense so each of us can see ourselves in it. Not a real customer story.

People at the center

Tools can be replaced. People cannot.

A company is its people. Everyone at RiverDolphin keeps these five commitments, with each other and with customers.

Work ethic lives in commitments 2 and 3. Responsibility to the craft lives in 1, 4 and 5.

  1. 1

If I hand it off, I own it

Whoever does the work, the result is still mine.

  2. 2

    Tell the truth about numbers

No inventing, no exaggerating. If we are not sure, we say so.

  3. 3

Speak up the moment something is wrong

Reporting a mistake earns thanks. Hiding one is the real mistake.

  4. 4

Make it like a gift for family

Exactly what the customer needs, beautiful when it arrives, free of anyone else's rights.

  5. 5

Understand it before you delegate it

Do it yourself once before you hand it to anyone else.

How we think

We think like someone solving a Rubik's cube.

A cube has many faces. Turn one, the others move. It is solved only when every face lines up. The center is people and the five commitments: the part that never turns.

Illustration: four teammates turning a giant Rubik’s cube together

Tools, sales channels and methods can turn. The center cannot.

Every face is connected

Before acting, think about what it means for customers, for teammates and for the company's money.

Independent, yet one block

Everyone owns their part, but the team moves as one. No one wins alone.

Solve layer by layer

Finish each stage with a real result before moving to the next.

Keep the center fixed

People and the five commitments do not turn. Tools, channels and methods can.

Step back with a reason

Sometimes we undo work to go further, but only with a reason and a discussion, never in a rush.

Don't optimize one face

One perfect face on a scrambled cube is not done. Good-looking numbers never replace a happy customer.

How we treat each other

Discipline here means keeping your word. Not punishment.

Feedback on the work, not the person

Anyone can propose a better way. Anyone who sees a problem can pause the work and ask.

A promise is a deadline

Running late? Say so early, before anyone has to find out. Every piece of work gets a second pair of eyes.

Fair and transparent

When the company profits, the people who made it share in it. Open formula. No fines. No pay cuts.

Our journey

Day one. And honest about it.

  • RIVERDOLPHIN CO., LTD is registered in Hanoi.
  • Our charter is written: why we exist, our five commitments and how we think.
  • Website launched; hiring our first sellers.

Our team

A small team in Hanoi. With a seat for you.

We don't publish the names or photos of individual team members. Each person decides for themselves whether to appear in public.

When you apply or meet us about a partnership, you'll meet the people you would actually work with.

The people in the illustrations on this site are drawn characters, not photos of team members.

FAQ

Questions people often ask

What does RiverDolphin sell, and to whom?

Print-on-demand gifts such as shirts, mugs, art prints and stickers for American families, for every hobby and occasion. We sell on global marketplaces.

Why don't you buy ads?

Because a product that fits a real need finds its own customers. If we have to pay for every buyer, we haven't understood them yet.

I live outside Hanoi. Can I still join?

Yes. We work remotely across Vietnam, meet over video calls and review the work together every week.

I can't design yet. Can I apply?

Yes. Everyone starts with a mentor until they can work solo. We care about honesty and how fast you learn, not degrees.

How do I propose a partnership?

Print shops, artists, training providers: send us a message on the Partners & Contact page and everyone gets a reply.
